NCLGS Winter Meeting 2025

The National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) Winter Meeting 2025 will take place December 10–13, 2025, at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico. This annual gathering brings together lawmakers, regulators, industry leaders, and gaming policy experts for four days of sessions focused on legislation, regulation, and responsible governance across the gaming sector.

The meeting begins with a Welcome Reception on December 10 at 5:30 PM, followed by two and a half days of programming covering key developments in gaming oversight, emerging trends, responsible gaming, industry operations, and public policy. General attendees conclude by 12:00 PM on Saturday, while legislator programming extends to 1:00 PM.

Registration fees vary by attendee type, including special rates for legislators, government officials, industry representatives, speakers, and media. Hotel blocks have closed, but attendees may secure accommodation directly through the Fairmont El San Juan or Residence Inn San Juan Isla Verde, with a group rate available at the Residence Inn until November 11, 2025.

The event also offers optional activities such as the Responsible Gaming Lunch & Learn and opportunities to pursue CLE credits. Refund policies allow full or partial refunds depending on cancellation timing, and substitutions are permitted at any time.
